Kimble Custom Chassis:

Complete Customer 1st Plan. Innovative, purpose built products.

Kimble Custom Chassis designs, manufactures and assembles Purpose Built vehicles, heavy duty trailers and weldments for an array of markets such as oil/gas, platform drilling, geothermal, water well, military/security and other severe service applications. These applications operate across multiple  environmental conditions such as arctic, desert, and off road, providing their operators with vehicles specifically designed for the task at hand.

Kimble Custom Chassis focuses on a distinct but limited market in which commercial trucks are not suited or cannot be successfully adapted. These units may require specific frame, driveline or equipment mounting requirements. Customers typically generate detailed technical specifications to incorporate all options and components for their specific application.

Our designs range from C-Channel, Torque Box, Fabricated Rail or I-Beam construction based on our client’s needs. Vehicles can be equipped with 2 to 7 axles with multiple steering axles and tandem, tridem, or all-wheel drive configurations. Cab assemblies are constructed in steel or aluminum with single or two man configurations. Offerings include a variety of options in regard to engine, transmission, tire, cab, and axle configurations.

Kimble strives to provide an assembly ready chassis. All equipment mounts and brackets are integrated into the frame build along with electrical, air and hydraulic junctions for convenient connection. This eliminates costly rework, welding, repainting and time in the final unit assembly process prior to being placed in-service.

The Kimble difference is evident in every vehicle we build. Purpose Built and exclusive industry features such as Integration points for all components, safety first designs, quality raw materials, final paint before assembly, a complete in-house testing facility, responsive customer service and support long after the sale…. all support Kimble’s attention to our customer’s specific requirements. Learn more about Kimble Custom Chassis here.
